Desertized Electrical Cabinets & Climate Control

High-Chromium Alloy Wear Liners
To handle the highly abrasive local aggregate, we fabricated all mixing blades and internal liners from premium high-chromium alloy (up to 26% Cr), extending their operational lifespan by 40% compared to standard cast iron.
Cross-Ocean Delivery and Erection Record
All major modular components of the HZS180 were packed efficiently into standard 40HQ shipping containers to minimize ocean freight expenses from our factory to the Port of Jebel Ali in Dubai.
