Brazil Concrete Batching Plant: YHZS35 Mobile Plant Erection in Mato Grosso
· Comprehensive Concrete Batching Plant Solutions
· 32+ Years of Engineering Heritage
Project Overview
In August 2025, we successfully delivered and commissioned a customized YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant for a regional civil contractor in Sorriso, Mato Grosso, Brazil. Operating in the country’s agricultural heartland, the client required a highly agile, reliable, and compact concrete solution to support the construction of massive grain storage silos and local farm-to-market roads. Rated at a steady 35 m³/h, this trailer-mounted plant now provides a consistent, high-quality concrete supply, keeping multiple tight project schedules on track. This project underscores our capability to deliver a premier Brazil concrete batching plant that regional contractors can depend on for both outstanding mobility and strict regulatory compliance.

Decoding the Client’s Core Requirements
Before proposing the YHZS35 configuration, our technical team conducted an in-depth analysis of the strict regulatory and logistical challenges in Brazil’s interior. The contractor defined three non-negotiable purchasing criteria:
Strict Adherence to NR12 Safety Standards
Brazil enforces some of the most rigorous machinery safety regulations in the world, known as NR12 (Norma Regulamentadora 12). Every component—including moving parts, electrical cabinets, and safety interlocks—had to be certified to pass local labor audits.
Zero-Foundation Mobility for Hilly Terrain
The client’s projects were spread across vast agricultural zones. They needed a fully integrated plant that could be towed easily over unpaved farm roads and erected without expensive concrete foundations.
Reliable Performance with a Lean Crew
Operating in remote regions where skilled technical labor is scarce, the client required a highly automated plant that was intuitive to operate and easy to maintain locally.
Environmental & Operational Challenges in Brazil’s Interior
Brazil’s vast interior poses unique geographical and regulatory challenges that standard, unreinforced concrete equipment cannot withstand:
- Severe Penalties for Non-Compliance: Operating a batching plant that violates NR12 safety codes in Brazil can result in immediate site shutdowns and heavy financial penalties from regional labor authorities.
- Long-Distance Logistics & Bumpy Farm Roads: Transporting heavy industrial equipment from the coast to the agricultural heartland of Mato Grosso involves traveling over a thousand kilometers of rough, unpaved terrain. The chassis had to be exceptionally robust to absorb the transit vibration.
Tailored Solutions Based on the YHZS35
To solve these multi-layered challenges, we implemented targeted engineering upgrades to customize our YHZS35 for the rigorous Brazilian market:
Fully NR12-Compliant Safety Engineering
We upgraded the plant with an advanced safety system, including double-circuit safety interlocks on all maintenance gates, physical steel mesh guardrails on all moving pulleys, emergency stop buttons at multiple key locations, and a NEMA-certified sealed control cabinet.
Integrated Trailer Chassis for Rapid Relocation
The YHZS35 integrates the PLD1200 aggregate batcher and JS750 mixer onto a single, heavy-duty towable chassis. Requiring zero concrete foundation work—only a flat, compacted gravel surface—the entire unit can be towed, unfolded, and ready to produce concrete in just 3 days.
Heavy-Duty JS750 Mixer with High-Chrome Liners
To handle the highly abrasive aggregates common in agricultural concrete work, we fabricated the mixing blades and internal liners from premium high-chromium alloy, extending their operational lifespan by 40% and keeping maintenance costs low.
Cross-Ocean Delivery and Erection Record
The YHZS35 was packed securely into a single 40HQ container to minimize shipping costs from our factory directly to the Port of Santos (Porto de Santos), the largest port in Latin America. After clearing customs, the integrated trailer unit was hooked to a local prime mover and towed inland directly to the job site in Mato Grosso.
Thanks to our factory pre-wired design and quick-connect aviation plugs, the setup progressed with incredible speed. Working under the remote guidance of our technical support team, the local crew completed the mechanical erection, connected the air/water lines, and calibrated the weighing system in exactly 3 days, passing the final trial mix with flying colors ahead of schedule on August 18, 2025.
listen to customer
“The road and soil conditions here are notoriously challenging, and before we bought this plant, we were worried about the setup timeline. This portable plant saved us,” the Project Director noted. “We were able to have it fully operational in just 3 days on a simple gravel pad without a massive civil works project. The fact that the plant is 100% compliant with Brazil’s strict NR12 safety regulations gave us complete peace of mind. The equipment is incredibly reliable, easy to run, and has brought down our per-cubic-meter cost significantly.”
Project Value
Since its successful commissioning, the plant has operated continuously, keeping the client’s agricultural storage and road projects strictly on schedule. The operational and economic advantages of this highly integrated setup were realized immediately across three critical areas:
- Complete Regulatory Compliance:
By meeting the strict NR12 machinery safety standards, the plant easily passed local government audits with zero penalty risks, ensuring uninterrupted production and protecting the client’s brand reputation. - Drastic Foundation & Labor Savings:
By eliminating the need for permanent concrete foundations, the contractor saved over 15% on site preparation costs. The automated PLC system allowed a lean crew of just 1-2 operators to run the entire facility, significantly reducing monthly payroll expenses. - Unrivaled Concrete Quality & Zero Spoilage:
Featuring high-precision weighing (±1% for cement and water), the plant minimized material waste and delivered perfectly homogeneous concrete for the client’s soy silos, ensuring zero rejected loads and a faster payback period.
